Uterine Biopsy, SEM Scan, and Saline Infused Sonohistography Tomorrow

Pregnant and Tired
I'm having a uterine biopsy because my endometrium was 10mm thick on CD 4 after having way heavier periods for 6 months after miscarriage. Normal for this point in my cycle is 2-4mm. They are also doing a SEM Scan and Saline Infused Sonohistography at the same time. I've heard that the uterine biopsy is really painful. Anyone have any suggestions of what to do for the pain or what to expect? Has anyone else had an abnormally thick endometrium and have any success stories to share, or maybe what the doctor found? I'm a bit worried. :-(
