I wiped my kiddo's face every morning and night with a warm washcloth, then followed it up with California Baby Calendula Cream. It cleared up in a week.

My daughter had it really bad ..i mixed i tiny amount of sudocrem with coconut oil and it was gone in 2 days. I followed up with babyganics eczema care and the honest co. Healing balm to make sure her skin was moisturized. Works like magic. .good luck 😊

He's acne is nothing compared to my daughters 😞 yes breast milk works also a warm water on a cloth. It helps some. Hoping hers will clear so I can do pictures
