Morning Sickness Relief?

Hi mamas! So I'll be 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I'm dealing with some horrid morning sickness. What can I do to relieve it? I'll take ANY suggestions, I'm desperate.

Never had morning sickness until this pregnancy and I've been taking Ginger. Ginger ale, ginger tea, and chewable candies. It helps me. Hope it helps you :)

Try Unisom (doxylamine), it's an anti-nausea med safe for pregnancy. Only thing that helped me. There's also a prescription version just for pregnancy called Diclegis, ask your doc.

A Chinese medicine or auyurveda practitioner will tell you about pressure points on your hands. For example, if you massage and press hard (so it hurts) the top joints of your ring finger during nausea, around the nail, this can help. Best speak to someone or google it, as I cannot quite remember, but it did work for me a bit at the beginning. Better than ginger, anyway.

The other tip i would say is to eat enough carbs in the morning for breakfast and DO NOT take preg vitamins on an empty stomach!!! 🤢
