just found out my partner has azoospermia

I was diagnosed with pcos two years ago been married for 4 and have been tryin to conceive ever since this was supposed to be my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>

I am ovulating n everything only analysis came back no sperm?? as azoospermia I am so confused and devastated can someone please shed light is their any hope we both want kids desperately of our own
