I brush daily with peroxide And baking soda. Works great. And I am 38 weeks. No problems. They are very natural ingredients. Not harmful.

But go easy using a peroxide and baking soda paste to use in those guards to whiten teeth? Once a week tops it can eat the enamel.

I have the toothpaste one. But I wouldn't do the normal routine of plain peroxide and baking soda. This pregnancy has been very bad for my teeth so far. I don't want to risk ruining them.
