Would you take your baby to work with you?

So a family member offered me a part time job and said I could bring my 8 month old daughter with me to work. We could defenltiy use they extra income, I just don't know how I would be able to take care of my daughter and focus on trying to work at the same time (the job would be a secretary position). Should I take it or should I wait till my daughter is older?

Take the job. If it doesn't workout you can't say you didn't try.

Absolutely. If they have offered you to take you daughter then yes. 
You'll just need to bring things to keep her occupied or let her help with some of your work .

I think it depends on your daughters temperament. Can she play by herself for a period of time? Can you wear a carrier? Does she sleep in different places or does she have to be in a crib? Etc.

If I were you and needed the extra money, I would just try it out. If it doesn't work, I'm sure they'll understand

Take it worth the shot plus no baby sitter or day care needed so ur not giving money away as fast as you make it

Deanna, I'm not sure what kind of job you're doing but I promise you'll find a way to manage both. I waitress at a family business every weekend and at least once a weekend I have my daughter with me. Waiting tables with a baby on your hip sucks lol but its not impossible! I wish you luck.
