Tmi picture.

Can anyone please tell me what this could be? My period (1/16-1/19) was a day shorter than usual, but I had s couple of days after where I had a brown discharge. Then a few days with nothing then on the 29th I had this (picture included). I've been cramping, tired, boobs itch, and nausea.
