Vivid dreams.

I had an extremely vivid dream last night, so vivid that I though it was real life.... I was pregnant and as I was walking through the halls at work someone told me I had blood on my pants, I had miscarried at work. Is this a sign that If I get pregnant that I will lose the pregnancy?
