how much seafood is bad?

I had 2 lbs of crawfish yesterday and last week had crawfish twice. I want to eat shrimp tonight. Is that ok? Or too much...ill be 14 weeks Friday

I took a trip to Louisiana around 12wks specifically for the crawfish. I had over ten pounds during the course of two days. Baby is fine. Crawfish and shrimp both have fairly low mercury levels.

Crawfish and shrimp are not too high with levels of mercury. The main concern with those is the level of sodium. You should be OK.
