Took apart my pregnancy test

I took apart my hpt and before I took it apart I saw a faint line. I took it apart to get a better look. And when I did that some pee smeared on the result and that faint line disappeared. I know you aren't suppose to take it apart but I was in shock that there was in a faint line there considering I'm nearly 2 months late. I have pictures of before I took it apart so that result was finalized. But did the pee that smeared mess up the result? By the way, these are the pictures I took before opening it.
