Diagnosed with PCOS today :(
I was diagnosed today after an ultrasound that revealed an "impressive amount" of cysts in both ovaries. Once my blood work results come in, I'll be starting metformin. But I am curious what other PCOS ladies find helpful in diet/lifestyle changes? Anything will help!
