Already Afraid 😳🌈

4 weeks pregnant today with a rainbow baby. We found out at 11 weeks that our last baby had passed away at 8 weeks. So until those weeks go by, I don't think I will be able to relax this time around. Any advice on how to make it through the first trimester after a loss?
