6 weeks pregnant and having anxiety and mood swings!?

This is my second pregnancy I never had anxiety like this or mood swings like this. Has anyone else had this? What helped with the anxiety?

I had it so bad with my second. Honestly, I would take 20 minutes to myself early in the morning. Whether it needed to be waking up before my little one or sometime through out the day when my husband could watch her but I had to detach from everyone and everything!! I would sometimes turn on the heat in my shower and close the door and sit in it like a sauna. It always helped relax and calm me down. Sounds weird but my dr suggested it and I loved it. Hope this pregnancy isn't like my second one. Definitely rough but have to try new things to see what works. Good luck hon
