Nursing school

Ok I've been a cna for 2 years and I'm going going for qmas in a few month's and eventually work my way to lpn then rn .....of course km sure it's going to be super hard but can anyone give me any advice info anything lol I'm married with a 6 year old.

Don't do LPN. Go straight for your RN. The LPN programs are hell. And after that year of hell, it's so hard to go back.

I don't think so. But an LPN program is much faster paced than an RN program. I don't have any kids and I wasn't married when I went through my LPN program. I still could only work every other weekend and that was still almost too much.

if I did rn and it got to crazy would k be able to take a break and pick up where I left off later lol

Go straight for RN. And nursing school is tough but so.worth it. Im a nurse and I love it

Don't even bother with the LPN. As she said go straight to the RN. They are weaning lpn's out they're filtering MA's in pretty much, it will be a waste for you. Do you have your pre reqs completed? If not get those ASAP and good luck!

there are some two year RN programs yes, find the right school for you, and talk to them about pre reqs ect. I dropped out of high school as well, don't let that change anything!

yea I'm going to try with previous recs this year the worst thing is I dropped out of school at a young age but I got my god and cna license so if I just jump right into rn school how long is it exactly can I got for just 2 years?
