Abortion Pill ?

Last month , I took a Plan B pill after a condom rip. I took it no later than 10 minutes after the incident happened . Today my period was late by 6 days , and I thought maybe it was just a side effect from Plan B . I decided to take a pregnancy test just to make sure . To my surprise , both tests I took came out positive . I am only 18 , and I am not financially stable enough to bring a child into this world . I would like to know if anyone has ever taken an abortion pill from a clinic , and what your experience was like . I am in a situation where I need help and advice , not judgement . If you are pro life , please do not lecture me , everyone is entitled to their own beliefs , just don't push your beliefs onto me .

I have not had an abortion but I can explain how the pill works. 
It's actually two pills. One pill ends the pregnancy and the other makes you pass the pregnancy, so it's basically a forced miscarriage. contraction like cramps, heavy bleeding and big clots. Its painful. 
You'll need a check up afterwards to make sure it has worked and to make sure your body passed everthing because if it doesn't that can cause a dangerous infection. 
And if it hasn't worked then they do a surgical. 
I've been told the surgical hurts less than the pills because your body doesn't have to pass it. 
Call your local planned parenthood and ask them whatever you want to like costs, process and all. You have my full support.
