Is this possible?

I'm soooo confused, I'm currently on my period and my husband and best friend was like what if your pregnant and have your period (which has happened many times in my family) so I take the first test, and I thought I saw a faint line then there's the second one because I panicked cause there's not way!? What do I do, my blood test results will be back any day but this is crazy! I'd really love some advice!!
