A friend came to me last night and asked if we could have a really serious conversation about something. Of course I said yes, but she started crying then scrolled on her phone screen a couple times before clicking on something and handing her phone to me. It was a picture of what looked like a large blood clot in a toilet. She begin talking about how she was on her period and while she was at work, she changed her tampon. Well, while she was putting in the new tampon, this "thing" came out of her. She was worried that it was a baby, and feared that she killed a baby she didn't know she was pregnant with by recently taking birth control. I suggested that maybe it was just a large blood clot, but she was still upset about the possibility of that awful thing happening. I'm seeking advice or facts on the matter, especially because I have no idea how to go about this.
