I can't sleep. anyone else? what do you do?

I spend hours trying to sleep but I just keep tossing with no success. Last night I went to bed around 10. Couldn't sleep before 4 am! And of course next morning I'm a wreck. I'm sure it's not good for the baby either. Any advice that doesn't include Benadryl? Thanks!

I do a lavender bath, everything lavender lol (shampoo and conditioner, body soap) it seems to work pretty good for me and I'm only 10w 3d

Pillow between your legs try sleeping on a couch with your back up against the back it has helped me so much
