period , testing , ahhh

So I started spotting last Tuesday and Wednesday and I was supposed to get my period that Saturday , well it never came 🙌🏼, but I put it into my app and it pushed my period back to todah, and I still haven't gotten it , then it pushed it back to this Saturday the 4th. When I was spotting scouple days later I took a test and it was negative , do YOH guys think it was too esrly ??? I'm going to text again this Saturday but I want to know what everyone thought , please help .
