jogging with LO?

Any mamas taking their October babies out for a jog/run in their jogging stroller?  I would like to start but scared shes still too young....

We have the bob jogging stroller and although we have gone for walks in it, I won't bring him jogging until he is 6 months. That's what the company recommends. But when we are walking, I just put him in (regularly?) not with the car seat attachment.

How are u guys doing this? My babe can barely breathe when I take her outside due to the cold and wind. Even when it was 60 degrees and slightly windy it was taking her breath away it was awful because I just wanted us to get some sun

I put him in his car seat and then in the stroller since he's cosy and secure. Then I could walk or run while he sleeps safely in his seat :) 
Are you using a jogging stroller? Does it just rely on baby sitting themselves up in it?

My little ones car seat connects to the jogging stroller. Every time I go jogging he ends up falling asleep lol
