Should I worry if my period used to be heavy but Is now really light all of a sudden? I'm not on birth control. But I have been taking iron supplements for my mild anemia. I'm wondering if that could be the reason why my blood is a lot lighter in color. My blood used to be darker but it's just a super bright red now. And my period is lighter when it's usually heavy and it came a day or two early. This is weird to me and I don't know how to feel about it but I'm a little worried.
