Can you get a membrane sweep 1 cm dilated?

I know this is a stupid question but I'm seeing doctor tomorrow and I want to see if he'll do a sweep because I'm scheduled to be induced Monday and I want to avoid the induction! I want her to come naturally. I was only 1cm dilated last week. I don't know my effacement they never tell me.

I'm due Feb. 9th & have been 1 cm dialated for a week. I had my membrane swept Monday, but I don't think it worked since I'm still pregnant lol. But it can definitely be done!

I think you can get a sweep at any point just as long as you're as far along as your doctor would like you to be before he performs one
