HELP ?!? food allergy ? or heat rash ?
So while I was at work my little sister decide to let my almost 2 month old taste a pickle which I'm super mad about . And this morning when I was changing him I noticed his skin a little rough so I looked and found this. Not sure if it's from the pickle or heat rash because when I googled pictures they looked about the same . Any ideas ???
