I'm in California. I just found out my job now will only allow 6 weeks off unless a c section 8 week. With my son I was able to take 6 weeks plus paid family leave for 6 weeks then I went 5 weeks without pay. My question is is there any California law that I can take an additional 6 weeks off even if it's with out pay? I can't imagine leaving a 6 week at a daycare. My home daycare now where my son goes said she would take the new baby at 12 weeks. Anyone know thanks in advance !
