I'm like freaking out because this appeared on my lip. I looked it up on the internet and they said it could be a cold sore but a cold sore is a result of the herpes virus. They also said that cold sores hurt and then bust before they go away. It doesn't hurt at all. It just itches. It started out as a bunch of little bumps but grew into one as I kept scratching it. Is it actually a cold sore or could it be hives?
