ramen noodles harmful while pregnant?

Lately I've been craving ramen so far I've only eaten them twice but suddenly I'm hearing that they could be harmful to my baby. I'm currently 12w 5d even though I just started eating ramen again I'm scared. Has anyone else heard about ramen being harmful while pregnant?!

I mean, they offer zero nutritional value, and are super high in sodium. They aren't good for you, but they won't harm the pregnancy. I craved the spicy chicken earlier in my pregnancy

I had bulk pack of ramen when I found out I was pregnant and due to nausea it was the only thing that I felt great eating. Generally speaking it's not good for you. So I finished the pack and haven't bought any since then. I don't think it would do much harm unless you ate it daily. Even then I think the ending result is bloating and weight gain. I'm sure there are underlining health problems but hell, if you want one eat ittttt! :)

The sodium is very high and it's still unclear as to whether our bodies are able to digest the noodles or not. Not really sure how harmful it is though.

Not really. Just drink a lot of water because ramen is very high in sodium. I love ramen too but don't have any 😔

I haven't heard of that I'm the same way I crave the beef ones lol. I've had 5 packs since I found out I was pregnant and I bought 6 more last night and I was just about to make some. So hopefully someone knows before I eat them
