Which is best, rock and play or saucerciser?

I have an 11 week old,  he's outgrown his swing and bounce seat.  Should we get an infant to toddler rock and play,  or a saucerciser? I want something I can set him in so he can play and be entertained. I want him to be able to use it for a few months.  I've heard that you have to limit their time in jumparoos or it can damage their hips. Is it the same for saucercisers?

Exchanged her rock and play yesterday for this infant to toddler rocker. She is only 9 1/2 weeks and already outgrew the rock n play. I like this one better because it works from newborn to toddlers up to 40lbs. I also bought a jumperoo, but we will use it when she is at least 4 months old.
