Why do I feel as if I'm drugged??

Question

My period started today, I was surprised cos all I felt was the wetness & not the usual cramps & pain. Although I had a little bloating. 
  The day went unusually well, I mean I was super energetic but a bit emotional cos I cried a bit while watching a movie. Later in the day I felt tired & dizzy, same way you feel when you're super drunk. This is confusing... Any & all thoughts will be appreciated thanks

I usually feel like this too when on my period, I feel like I'm high but not as fun 😂 It happens to me because of my blood sugar, I already have relatively low blood sugar but my period makes it get lower aswell, it makes me light headed, woozy, and makes it hard for me to concentrate. If that's what is then eating or drinking some sugar should help, but I'm not 100% sure if that's it or not 😞
