My boyfriend totally disrespects me all day everyday and I hate it. He calls me out my name all the time. I don't know what to do.

You said he disrespects you all the time, so if you're going to leave might as well let him know why. No need to worry about his feelings at this point since he wasn't thinking of yours. My ex was the same way. Look at it this way, if you're contemplating it, if you question the relationship or wonder if you should stay at all, you should leave. You're just holding yourself back from better things. Trust me I've been there and I wish I'd have left sooner.
