Stay at Home Mom V.S. working Dad

I don't know what it is about staying home with baby but My boyfriend and I are bickering over non-sense. I'm burnt out at the end of the day and he is "too tired" as well. Is it just me? I'm trying to be more patient but staying at home isn't just staying at home lounging. I'm trying to be more understanding as he is providing and doing a lot on the financial side but Monday through Friday I'm literally 90% taking care of the baby and 70% over the weekend... I need help, I want him to willingly take the initiative sometimes and offer me assistance not every blue moon... what should this mama do?
