Need some tips & ideas to help us. We have done everything we possibly can before artificial. Really want a sibling for our daughter and also somewhat close in age.....she's five in a half.

Have you ever tried this. It's a gel you insert into self before sex. Worth a try. And also sperm meets egg plan. Google it. Good luck. ​
