Can anyone help with the Ramzi Theory??

Hi Ladies. This is my first ultrasound done today at 6w3d, but baby measuring a day behind. Heart beat 126. Is anyone familiar with the Ramzi Theory and have any idea what the sex could be? Obviously just for fun though.

Is it a Transvaginal ultrasound? If so, it's a girl because it's on the left. If not then it's a boy because the baby would be on the right.
