Negatives yet no period in January

I did not get my period at all in January, and I've yet to have any AF symptoms. I feel nauseous at times and my smelling senses are extreme! I've taken over 4 dollar store tests and all negative. Has anyone else experience this? Can you give me your input if so?I will be making a doctors appt for a blood test. Hope and pray it's positive! I have never skipped a period other than my previous pregnancy in July 2014 only resulting to a MC. Thanks in advance! 🙏
