Glow just announced they caught a creep on the forum...

After seeing a picture of a entire child's nursery including where the window was.... I just want to say as a former witness to a child abduction how DANGEROUS that can be.

Your cute photo could fall into the wrong hands. This person then has your name, what your child looks like, can see all your prior forum posts, get a general concept of when you are busy/active... and now a layout of your child's room.

I'm not critiquing anyone who's done it because of course no parent wants to think about things like that. But having to call the police and report that I saw two young children screaming once being forced into a van was one of the worst most horrifying moments of my life.

The children are safe now btw due to my call and were caught within 40 mins. Thank God. 

Be careful. Be smart. Post wisely. 

EDIT: no idea if this creeper was a pedo as Glow didn't say but I've been reminded that this is all public and through different photos I've been seeing. There is a reason I don't post pictures no matter how cute. Or I only take them in areas I don't frequent/not a full room. Or ever disclose my exact location. Takes about 30 mins of time to look through someone's Glow account, see their kid, find a post about their location and then add two and two together about where the school is

Sick people look for sick ways to get other people! May seem paranoid but it's true. Again be careful. 

UPDATe: in regards to chickadees comment. It doesn't always matter that you don't post your location. What DOES is if you do a general overshot of a background or frequent it loads of times and put it on SOCIAL MEDIA. Creeps are getting smarter people. All it takes is them to look where you are from .... and then do a google search of parks in your area. And wait it out to see little Johnny or Suzi.
