Is it okay to sleep with tampons?

And if so, how long do you guys leave them? I usually go to bed around 10 and set an alarm for 4-5 am so I can change it. What do you guys do for sleeping?

I sleep with them all the time and I also use a pad incase

I leave it in all night. I put in a fresh one right before bed and then change it first thing in the morning. I tend to bleed less at night, so I've never bled through one while sleeping.

I used to leave my tampon in all night unless I was having a heavy period then I would wake up in the middle of the night to change it but I switched to the diva cup and my life has been changed lol

You can leav them in over night as long as you change it when you wake up. I where theme over night and change it when I wake up in the morning.

It's okay to sleep in them. Just try to do the recommended 8 hours. But if you don't, that's okay too, change it when you get up. I knew a girl who kept hers in for 12 hours straight, she's fine. No tss, no death. She's alive, she's well, she's having a baby. You have nothing to worry about.

Defiantly not ok to sleep with them for that long it can cause toxic shock syndrome you need to wear a pad to bed
