don't know what to do

This to me and my sister is positive but it's light any advise I would be grateful I'm late by a week but I think I ovulated later so if that's the case I'm late by about two days got massive sticky feeling had restless leg my gums or teeth don't know which has been bleeding while brushing my teeth never happened before I literally had a melt down about my house being a mess couldn't stop crying last night well early hours I had to go get some food cos I feel that sick I've also been having vivid dreams I've been trying two years now so would be nice if I am what do you lovely ladies think ?
