We live in a small town overly saturated with highly educated people. He is licensed mental health therapist. He has been unemployed for years living on savings. He is discouraged and not putting forth 100% in the job search. I have decided to take matters into my own hands and create profiles, and send resumes of his. Am I wrong? I am determined to get him at least 2 interviews this month. I am tired of his depression and lack of work. He is overly qualified and has experience running a business but I think the rejection has him down and out. I know I may be intruding but I can't let him waste away. Opinions????
