Did you have implantation cramps/bleeding?

So I have always had regular periods. And I always spot 2 days prior to the start of my period.. My SO and I aren't trying for a baby, but we aren't preventing. My period was supposed to start two days ago and I haven't spotted or anything.. I'm trying not to think much about it because it's possible that my period is just late. However I heard normally if you are pregnant you will get implantation bleeding/cramping.. is this true? I haven't had any cramping or any spotting at all..
