AF and is always right, does that mean you have regular periods?" /> I'm asking because glow is always spot on when it comes to my AF. AF always arrives on the day glow says it's suppose to arrive. So does that mean I have regular cycles?

Answer

Anywhere from 21-35 days is considered normal. Where regular comes in is from cycle to cycle. If you have one cycle that's 21 days and the next is 36 and another is 24, then you may be irregular. A variance of a few days or so is regular. Mine are anywhere from 24-28 and I consider myself regular ! Hope that helps
