Stool softener and laxative ?

I recently started a new prenatal and it's caused some constipation. I'm looking for some relief. Normally I would just take a dolcalax and be done with it, but now that we are TTC, should I? I'm 4dpo.

Stool softener is ok but not a laxitve I was 12 days blocked up and doctor said because I am trying ttc she really can't prescribe me them had a been up to cd6 she said she would of

You could increase your intake of fiber either with fruits and veg or with a fiber drink.
