got my results back for the Glucose test

So I just had the 1 hr Glucose test done on Wednesday. I got a call today from my doctors that the results for my glucose test were: abnormal and elevated. So they request for me to take the 3 hr Glucose test and sent iron pills to the pharmacy because I tested positive for anemia. Does abnormal results mean I do have Gestational Diabetes?
