Do you wear your glasses all the time?

I was diagnosed with being far sighted today. My glasses will be in next week. How often will I need to wear them? Or to those who can relate, how often do you wear yours? I'm new to this.

Well I'm nearsighted and I've been wearing glasses since my freshman year if high school and I'm 22 now . Although I fine have a pair of glasses right now because they broke I say wear them all the time , except when you're sleeping or in the shower obviously. Lol but yeah once you get used to wearing your glasses it's gonna be like your eyes are dependent on them. Good luck!

I'm near sighted, so I can't see from a distance I wear them all the time. However, for u u can't see close up like when u r reading so I don't think u will need to wear them all the time.

I wear contacts on a day to day basis but I wear glasses at night or just on days where I'm too lazy to put contacts in. But just remember, when you first start wearing glasses it will take a while to adjust! They may make you a bit dizzy or give you a headache but don't worry, it will go away in a few days! Yeah I'm pretty much blind without my glasses. I'll go without if I'm trying to be cute and I have someone with me but I usually put them back on after a couple hours 😂

I wear mine when I'm feeling lazy 😂 or just laying around the house 💁🏼 any other time I wear contacts 😊

When I'm home I will usually not wear them unless my eyes are bad that day, but when I go out I can't see things from far away so I wear them all the time when I go out

Glasses just help you see, so when you need to see you should wear them. I can't see for shit so I have contacts and wear them every waking moment. I can't see two feet in front of me.

I'm nearsighted and I'm supposed to wear glasses when I drive. I don't always. I can still see signs, I just can't always see what they say until I get closer. If I'm going somewhere I've never been or somewhere far away, I'll wear them though.

Nope. Not all the time. Far sighted huh? Try being far sighted in one eye and near in the other 🙈 It of course IS a must for all spec wearers to have them on while driving. But if you're home just lounging around, relax and take those babies off 😁 Unless your eyes reaaally need help and you find yourself talking to a pole thinking it's your friend lol But everyone is different. You'll soon find out when it is appropriate to wear them and when to put them away 🤓
