Where do you throw condoms and tampons?

I flush tampons and have never had an issue and have never known anyone personally who has had an issue with plumbing.

Flushing any sanitary produces is a nightmare on the plumping! I hope whoever votes that they flush tampons stops! My work toilet used to overflow at least once a month because girls flushed their tampons

I flushed my toilet until I had plumbers come to my house and empty out my drain that goes to the street.

THEY TAMPON SHAMED ME!!!!!

I was standing there having a smoke and they pulled out the drain and were going through what was in the hose thingy. He yelled "hair, paper, tampon!" And threw it towards me. I was so embarrassed and then mad that he made me feel embarrassed.

Anyways, since that moment last summer I stopped flushing so the next time they come he won't throw an old tampon at me.

I can laugh about it now...but I was seeing red then.

Nothing belongs in the toilet if it is not biodegradable not only can it mess up your plumbing but at the local water treatment facility it causes major issues. Never put condoms or tampons in the toilet

Always trash. Just because people haven't had a problem with their particular plumbing, doesn't mean it doesn't cause problems down the way.. Ask any plumber! It's a major no-no!  I take my small trash bags out to the main garbage more frequently during my cycle if needed.
