Lean Protein before bed.
Is it healthy to drink a lean protein shake before bed? Today is my rest day, and it won't mess up my calorie intake for the day. Should I drink it or would it make me gain weight?
Update: The instructions says to drink it twice a day, I usually drink it after I wake up, and after my workout but since it's my day off I just didn't know when to drink it again, I read it was okay to drink it before bed, I was just asking since it seems to be a lot of dieticians here, thanks everyone 😊
