PCOS diagnosis
Hello ladies, I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS. I am planning on seeing my doctor sometime next week. It seems that I may have to take metformin. I noticed a supplement called D-chiro-inositol or DCI has been an alternative to metformin. Has anyone taken this supplement?
