Prom Dresses??!

Question

I am trying to find a prom dress that isn't too expensive and that I would look good in. It has to be somewhat modest and I don't have boobs 😂 so I prefer maybe a halter. And and a long dress. Alsooo preferably Under $130. Does anyone know where to go get one?

Macy's has good ones. JCPenny has rly pretty dresses too. ESPECIALLY if you don't have a lot of boobs, mineras way too big and I'm also kinda chubby so the dresses weren't exactly for me but I bet you'd look great. Good luck and enjoy prom. 
-- also some random little stores at malls have great deals. My friend got a gorgeous dres for less than $50

Before you go to a fancy store, check the goodwill in a high end neighborhood. I've found some great prom-style dresses that way (I'm a musician so I use them for performing).
