Possible Labor??

I was laying down on my side on my couch and I coughed and then I felt this pop almost like it was hips that hit together but my contractions started a little bit before I felt the pop and my baby is station at -1. After I felt the pop my pain increased very quickly and very hard. I couldn't get off the couch but I had to pee really badly I couldn't stand straight up or walk it hurt so much. After I went pee the pain didn't feel as badly but it still hurts around my hip and pelvic area. Every time I go to the obecc I'm there for about 30 minutes and then I'm sent home. I don't want to go and be sent home again. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm 38+2 this pain in my hip and pelvic area isn't going away it happened about 10 minutes
