Every single night

For a few weeks I've been getting painless contractions every single night. They start around 8-9pm and last until I'm asleep and sometimes until morning every single night. They are pretty much painless. I get them during the day to but not consistently like they are everynight me. Is it common to have BH everynight leading up to labor? I'm a day away from 39 weeks
