HELP: The patch contraceptive.?????

Ladies I think im in trouble please help. So I am on the first patch of this month and Im supposed to remove it and place the other one on sunday and I have a little problem I had a family emergency and i left home so fast that I forgot to grab the patch that im supposed to replace on sunday. What do I do now? I will not be home until wednesday.

You'll be okay. Just take that one off Sunday when you're supposed to and then when you get back on Wednesday put the new one on and then wednesdays will be your switch days. I did that a few times. Not too big of a deal.

Id keep the patch on until you can replace it, but for sure use extra protection until you get to the period week

Call your doctor (or wherever you got the patch from) and ask them if you need extra protection.  You may need to use condoms or abstain from sex for a while until your hormones catch up.
