labor story plus in law issue!

Well I didn't make it to my due date 2-17-17. On 2-2-17 at 130am my water broke it was a big gush all over the bed. No contractions right away. Called my OB she said to head in. So I took a shower, shaved my legs you know the usual. When we got ready to leave my FIL was up watching tv, we live with them while building a house, and we told him my water broke and we were going to hospital and would keep them updated. When I get to hospital they check my membranes, by this time I'm having intermittent contractions, they admit me. I was about 2-3 cm dilated. Then we waited after a bit they started pitocin, I also got nubain for pain which allowed me to get some sleep. Once I was 4cm I got an epidural and didn't feel a thing afterwards, seriously the best thing ever! Elliet Rae made her debut at 1240pm after about 20 min of pushing. Afterwards she didn't cry so they had to suction and help her breathe. Once she was better I did skin to skin and learned to breast feed. We told my in laws when I was 10 cm they could start heading up if they wanted and we would let them know when they could come in. They waited about 2 hours while I bonded and learned BF. Then my FIL would not come in because he was so mad we made them wait and my MIL came in for about 10 and would not make eye contact with me. After they left my husband text his dad about how his was disappointed and his dad said we have been "disappointing them for awhile", ugh wtf. They completely disregard our wishes, I'm so irritated that they tried ruining my daughters birth because they feel they should be more involved. I'm a private person and last time I checked me and my husband made this baby not them. Regardless me and baby are doing well, I am absolutely in love.
